Work Hours (full day) – Total 42.5 hours per week:

(Both School Term and June School Holidays)

Working time

During School Term (non-school holidays)

Mondays to Fridays:7:00 am to 4:00 pm,Inclusive of 0.5-hr lunch break (Mondays to Fridays).

During School Holidays

Mondays to Fridays,8:00 am to 5:00 pm,Inclusive of 0.5-hr lunch break (Mondays to Fridays).

The personnel must be able to commit to the above work hours. The work hours during the contract period are subject to changes by the school, to meet school operational needs.

Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays. If it is required, it should not exceed two (2) Saturdays a year.

Job scopes:

Reporting to the Administration Manager/Subject HOD, the personnel will assist with the following:

  • mass photocopying / printing of school and teaching materials, especially during exam period, opening and closing of the school term,

  • prepare materials and equipment for experiments in the laboratories / classrooms;

  • help with managing student behavior within school premises (i.e canteen, classrooms, basketball court)

  • assist in typing/distribution of worksheets, books, notes etc;

  • assist in arranging logistics for school activities / trips / exams;

  • assist in maintaining / updating school notice boards;

  • perform data-entry, record-keeping and documentation tasks;

  • do stock take / inventory checks on items;

  • assist with distribution / collection of materials to / from students / staff;

  • cover front-counter (reception) duties, if needed,

  • any other administration duties assigned/deployed.

The personnel are to sign an undertaking to safeguard official information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 GCE O-Level passes, including English Language at grade C6 or better, or equivalent qualifications;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, such as Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook;

  • Possess minimum 1 year of working experience in MOE School Printing Support;

  • Possess minimum 1 year of working experience as a School Teacher Support in MOE school;

  • Preferrably with experience in handling Heavy Duty printers and Collators,

-Strong independent and collaborative worker, able to organise and prioritise tasks effectively whilst being receptive to feedback and committed to continuous learning.
