Our esteemed client from the healthcare industry is looking for Senior/ Physiotherapist.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physiotherapy assessments to determine residents' therapy needs and functional goals.
  • Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and independence.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions, including exercise programs, mobility training, and pain management.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes and clinical evaluation.
  • Collaborate with nursing, occupational therapy, and care staff for coordinated resident care.
  • Educate and support care staff, residents, and families on safe handling, therapy strategies, and use of assistive devices.
  • Participate in care reviews, family conferences, and case discussions to provide professional input.
  • For senior physiotherapists: provide clinical guidance and supervision to junior staff and therapy assistants, mentor students, and coordinate services with external providers.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with professional, regulatory, and safety standards.
  • Support therapy equipment management, staff orientation, professional development, and other resident care or operational tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Degree in Physiotherapy with AHPC fully registered.
  • Proven experience in physiotherapy, preferably in a residential, rehabilitation setting.
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical intervention skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
