Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

  • Be the Growth Engine: You'll be the master of our sales funnel. From the first walk-in to the final "Welcome to the family" you'll handle all leads, using our CRM tools to convert trials into long-term members. Your goal? To not just meet but smash our membership and revenue targets.
  • Create the Experience: You'll be the chief architect of our member journey. This means making every trial feel welcome, celebrating member milestones, and running a world-class retention program that keeps our community strong and vibrant. Think of it as creating a home away from home.
  • Showcase the BFT Magic: We're not just a gym; we're a science-backed training system that gets real results. You'll ensure our team consistently delivers our progressive, periodized programming (our multiple training programs will keep everyone on their toes).
  • Lead the Dream Team: Inspire and manage our amazing team of coaches and staff. You'll guide them, mentor them, and make sure every person on the floor is embodying the BFT brand and delivering an exceptional experience.
  • Run the Show: You'll be in charge of all daily operations, from managing schedules to keeping our studio looking pristine. You'll run this business like it's your own, with precision and pride.

What We're Looking For:

You've got a passion for fitness and a track record of building and managing high-touch operations. You are a doer, a leader, and a strategist, with 3+ years in fitness management. You're a natural at sales and have a knack for turning a curious trial member into a lifelong brand advocate.
