Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with partners and team members to manage marketing events for clients, overseeing all related logistics.
  • Track media coverage, maintain records, and provide regular media updates.
  • Assist lawyers in updating their professional profiles and prepare marketing materials for client meetings.
  • Update and maintain the firm's website, LinkedIn page, and microsites.
  • Manage mailing lists and email accounts,and disseminate updates and announcements to clients.
  • Maintain records and inventories for marketing resources.
  • Provide scheduling and research support to the team.
  • Research and develop content, including advertising and social media posts, and create supporting visuals.
  • Liaise with publications and vendors to ensure prompt payments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors' degree or Diploma in a related field and/or 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Crucial qualities- detail-oriented, meticulous, and organised, with the ability to follow multi-step SOPs. Positive, proactive, and well-presented, with strong teamwork and people management skills.
  • Strong command of grammar; proficient in both English and Chinese.
  • Ability to read Chinese to track newspapers, and check marketing materials
  • Resourceful, intuitive, and comfortable working with a variety of personalities.
  • Social media marketing skills and design skills would be a bonus.
