- Perform routine system administration tasks, such as software installations, updates, and patch management on servers.
- Monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations for optimal functionality and responsiveness.
- Manage user identities, permissions, and server access controls, ensuring adherence to security policies.
- Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution to maintain server availability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for server configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Work closely with support teams, vendors, and external partners to resolve issues, implement upgrades, and address security vulnerabilities.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of success in operational/administration and deployment/migration projects in Cloud Environment.
- Ability to solve customer problems through cloud technologies
- Acknowledged helping to provide solutions to issues collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through with proper follow up and closure.
- Strong technical experience with cloud infrastructures, migrations, and technology management preferred AWS Solution Architect Associate Certification will be advantageous.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification or Azure Certified Administrator or Fundamentals is required
- Knowledge of Containerization technologies eg EKS/AKS/GKE/K8s/Open shift/Tanzu would be advantageous.
