About The Role

At iHarvest Wealth Management, we are shaping the next generation of leaders through a dynamic and immersive Management Associate (MA) Program. If you are a fresh graduate ready to take on new challenges, make real impact, and grow across departments, this program is your gateway to a meaningful career in financial services.

Over 2 to 2.5 years, you will undergo comprehensive rotations across key business functions, gain exposure to real operations, and be mentored directly by senior leadership. This is not a typical graduate program — it is a structured path to a future leadership role in a growing, forward-looking organization.

What You'll Do

  • Multi-Department Exposure: Immerse yourself in critical business functions — from Wealth Advisory and Recruitment to Training & Development, Operations, and Marketing — giving you a holistic understanding of the business.
  • Real Business Impact: Take on meaningful projects during each rotation. You won't be shadowing — you'll be contributing directly to strategic initiatives and operational growth.
  • Executive Mentorship: Receive guidance and feedback directly from the CEO, Managing Director, and Head of Operations. Learn how decisions are made at the highest level.
  • Leadership Development: Participate in performance reviews, executive presentations, and hands-on leadership grooming throughout the program.
  • Career Advancement: Upon successful completion, transition into a management role where you'll be given real responsibility and the platform to scale a business unit or lead a team.
  • Professional Branding: Build your professional network, grow your personal brand, and receive support for certifications or further leadership training aligned with your growth.

What You'll Bring

  • Entry-level candidates (0–1 year experience) from any major with strong academic and extracurricular track records.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Leadership qualities, resilience, and adaptability.
  • A keen interest in financial services and organizational growth. Bonus points if you have: - Internship or project experience in finance, consulting, or related industries - Participated in student leadership, competitions, or entrepreneurship initiatives
