About the Roles

We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to join a reputable audit firm/CPA firm located near City Hall. This is a permanent role with a five-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm) offering a competitive basic salary with performance bonus. The position provides the opportunity to manage a diverse client portfolio, lead audit engagements, and contribute to both practice growth and professional development.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage audit engagements across a varied client base, ensuring adherence to professional standards.
  • Supervise and mentor audit teams, providing guidance and on-the-job training to junior staff.
  • Build strong client relationships by understanding their business operations, identifying risks, and recommending improvements.
  • Review and deliver high-quality audit reports and financial statements.
  • Support continuous improvements in audit processes and quality standards.
  • Participate in business development activities, including preparing proposals and presenting to prospective clients.
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned by Partners or Heads of Department.

What We're Looking For

  • A bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
  • A recognised professional accountancy qualification (CA) or currently pursuing it.
  • At least five years of relevant audit experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple audit engagements effectively.
