We're looking for a Creative Marketing Intern (Social Media & Content) who lives and breathes content, enjoys being creative, and wants real, hands-on experience in the marketing world — not just coffee runs and admin work.

This role is for someone who wants to learn for real how content, social media, branding, and campaigns work behind the scenes — across multiple industries including luxury, skincare, and TCG brands.

If you love TikTok, enjoy creating content, want to build your portfolio, and are excited by the idea of working on real brands with real responsibility (with guidance), this might be the perfect internship for you.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be involved in almost every part of the creative and marketing process, including:

  • Planning and posting social media content (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
  • Shooting photos and videos for clients
  • Basic video editing (CapCut or similar)
  • Graphic creation (Canva)
  • Writing captions and content ideas
  • Campaign planning and execution
  • Simple admin / coordination tasks (when needed)
  • Assisting with content calendars and ideas
  • Supporting client activations, events, and shoots (1–2 times a week)
  • Learning how real marketing campaigns work — from concept to posting
  • Networking opportunities with clients and collaborators

What We're Looking For

  • Some experience with content creation / social media (school projects, personal pages, freelance work all welcome)
  • Familiar with Canva, CapCut, and social platforms
  • Comfortable being creative and sharing ideas
  • Enjoys social media and trends (TikTok lovers welcome)
  • Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
  • A portfolio is a bonus (not compulsory)
  • Open-minded, proactive and not afraid to ask questions
  • Comfortable with occasional location-based work around Singapore

Work Arrangement

  • Full-time internship
  • 5 days a week (Mon–Fri)
  • 10am–6pm
  • Hybrid (mostly work from home)
  • Physical activations / shoots around Singapore (1–2 times a week)
  • No fixed office — you'll work across different locations and brands

Allowance

$800 – $1,400 per month (based on experience & portfolio)

Allowance is reviewed monthly based on performance and growth.
