This will involve implementing operational SOPs and vendor management best practices, along with establishing the optimal FM team resourcing solution. In addition, you will lay the foundations for the financial administration of FM services in line with the client's global and regional requirements.Stakeholder ManagementYou must be experienced and comfortable operating in an environment with multiple stakeholders that expect the highest levels of service. You will be engaging our clients proactively and you possess an ability to develop and maintain positive relationships. When under pressure, you are calm and able to maintain your focus on finding the right solutions.Leading across multiple locationsYou have previously managed teams and FM operations across multiple sites and countries, and beyond the transition period, you will use your leadership skills to help our teams manage the client's facilities. Likewise, you will implement building procedures and performance measures—and ease the path for compliance with these. You'll also boost on-site operations by promoting best practices and developing better processes. On top of these, you'll be at the helm of property safety by encouraging adherence to health and safety standards.Keeping an eye on contracts and the budgetDo you have a proven track record in finance management? In this role, you will take charge of the FM budget, accounting and financial operations. You'll also coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that they comply with the procurement processes and deliver quality work practices according to the contract and budget.Fostering teamwork and excellenceTeamwork has always been our secret recipe for success, and the ideal candidate should stand up for this core value.
