Hall Attendant

Job Description

• Responsible and maintain the cleanliness of Prayer Halls
• Responsible for organising and decorate the prayer tables, ensure the tables are clean and tidy
• Responsible in executing the safety regulations in the Prayer Halls, such as crowd controlling during peak times, preventing devotees from burning incense in the Prayer Hall, burning candles etc
• Respond patiently to devotees queries and provide quality service to them
• Coordination, ordering and arranging prayer items to worship ancestral and puja offerings
• Occasionally need to help in the warehouse
• Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by Supervisor

Requirements

• Primary level
• Minimum 2 years working experience in a religion environment
• Mobility , good communication skills and a team player
• An eye for detail and be able to work independently and adapt to changes
• Able to work on weekends, flexible to work occasional public holidays and evenings
• Able to commence work immediately is preferred
