Position:  3.5 DAYS/Week Front Desk Staff (音乐学校前台)

Responsibilities:

●Assist in organizing and managing student records, including recording class attendance and tracking payment status.协助整理和管理学生资料,包括记录学生的上课情况和统计付费情况。

●Monitor class schedules, record student-teacher class times, and promptly address any scheduling conflicts.监控课程安排,记录学生与老师的上课时间,并及时解决可能出现的时间冲突。

●Assist students in completing various forms, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of information.协助学生填写表格,确保信息的完整性和准确性。

●Handle fee collection and maintain accurate transaction records.负责学费收取工作,并保持交易记录的准确性。

●Assist in organizing teacher schedules to ensure smooth class arrangements.协助整理老师的上课时间表,确保课程安排的顺畅进行。

Requirements:要求:

●Fluent in both Chinese and English.需流利中英文。

●Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office.熟练使用办公软件,如 Microsoft Office。

●Candidates with some understanding and passion for the music and education industry are preferred.对音乐和教育行业有一定了解和热情者优先考虑。

Additional Information:

● 3.5天 Working hours: hours /week )

● 2.5 weekdays (2:00 PM to 10:00 PM) 平时的2.5天 (下午2点至晚上10点)

● 1 weekend day (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM) 周末选1天工作 (上午10点至下午7点。)

● 3.5-day work week, including one weekend day. 每周工作3.5天,包括周末中的一天。
