Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care and support to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assess patients' clinical conditions and monitor vital signs to evaluate health status and detect any changes in their condition.
  • Develop, plan, and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team to meet each patient's individual needs.
  • Ensure the comfort and safety of patients throughout their stay, addressing any concerns or needs they may have in a timely and professional manner.
  • Regularly update patients' conditions and progress to their next of kin, ensuring clear communication and providing necessary information to keep families informed.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to medical protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation, following legal and organizational requirements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) certification.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical professionals.
  • Ability to work well in a team, showing initiative and dedication to providing excellent patient care.
