Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance of semiconductor tools.
  • Handle all parts with care.
  • Work at least 6 to 8 hours inside a cleanroom.
  • Follow procedures for installation and replacement of heavy machinery parts.
  • Perform daily workplace 6S audits.
  • Assist with Minor PM, Major PM, Tube Clean, Main heater change PM, etc., in terms of logistics.
  • Perform sub-fab audits, including tool health for UPS, Scrubber, etc.
  • Receive on-site training.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar field
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a semiconductor or cleanroom environment.
  • Knowledge in preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy machinery and semiconductor tools.
  • Ability to work inside a cleanroom environment.
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems, tool calibration, and mechanical assembly.
