Changi Airport, Singapore PERSOL Full time $42,000 - $60,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administration

  2. Download data sets and conduct data analysis to support business decisions and reporting needs.

  3. Process purchase orders (POs) and invoices in accordance with company procedures.
  4. Handle and respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally via Customer Relationship Management system – Salesforce

  5. Sales & Marketing

  6. Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating with merchants/tenants and internal stakeholders.

  7. Assist in the development and implementation of effective omnichannel marketing communication campaigns (e.g., eDMs, SMS, push notifications, website content).
  8. Coordinate the setup of both digital and on-ground marketing campaigns and activations.
  9. Monitor campaign performance and budget utilization, maintaining accurate records and reporting any variances.
  10. Collaborate and communicate with external marketing agencies and production partners (eg. Creative, media or production agencies) to ensure timely and good quality campaign delivery.

  11. Project Management Support

  12. Assist in the budget forecast and monitoring for assigned projects.

  13. Assist and work closely with stakeholders as part of project management and ensure that project progress meets the project specifications, target timeline and is within project budget.
  14. Support in creating presentation slides for both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Strong logical and creative thinking abilities.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, demonstrating initiative, drive, and a strong desire to achieve results.
  • Basic proficiency and creative flair in design or content editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is an advantage.
  • Experience in the sales & marketing, e-commerce, aviation or travel industry is advantageous.
