Blu Kouzina, known for its authentic Mediterranean cuisine, is looking for a passionate and dedicated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a line cook, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes according to our high standards, and margining a clean and organised workspace. We are seeking individuals with a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering quality food.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Blu Kouzina's recipes and standards
  • Ensure food quality and consistency during service
  • Maintain cleanliness and Organization of the kitchen station
  • Assist in ingredient preparation and inventory management
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
    Follow all health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

  • Passion for cooking and food
  • Some experience as line cook or a similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced enviroment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
    Passion for MEditerranean cuisine is a plus
