**Key Responsibilities**
- Daily supervision of plant machinery and systems across all facilities, ensuring they are operational and well-maintained for effective production.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance and Technology departments to solve any issues with production quality, processes, or equipment.
- Educate and guide Senior Supervisors on maintaining the plant's working condition, focusing on safety, quality, and minimizing waste.
- Track and manage the use of raw materials and production to maximize efficiency and reduce excess use.
- Create detailed operating instructions for staff for each shift that covers starting, stopping, and any operational changes needed for tests, projects, or maintenance.
- Be informed about our management systems and relevant certifications like ISO and ITAF, perform corrective measures if necessary, and ensure department adherence.
- Direct studies and test new products and materials, conducting analyses that lead to process improvements.
- Support other departments with any extra tasks as needed.

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a production/manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership and/or supervisory experience
- Effectively communicate information with courtesy and clarity to employees of the organization and occasionally, customers or clients
