The role

Jackway Convertor Industries Pte Ltd, a leading manufacturer and distributor in the transport and logistics industry, is seeking a skilled Driver with a Class 4 license to join our team. As our Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our products to our valued customers across the Tuas West Region.

Key responsibilities

  1. Safely operate a company vehicle to transport goods and materials to customer locations
  2. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to maintain a spotless driving record
  3. Inspect vehicles before and after each delivery to ensure proper functioning and cleanliness
  4. Maintain detailed delivery records and provide excellent customer service
  5. Assist with loading and unloading of goods as needed
  6. Communicate proactively with the logistics team to ensure on-time deliveries

What we're looking for

  1. Valid Class 4 driving license and a minimum of 2 years' experience as a commercial driver
  2. Excellent driving skills and a proven track record of safe driving
  3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures
  4. Customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
  5. Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role
  6. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
