Job Responsibilities)​​

  • ​Overseas Social Media Management​

Responsible for operating official social media accounts in overseas markets (including but not limited to Facebook, Google, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok). Develop and execute monthly content plans, driving follower growth and enhancing engagement metrics.

  • ​Market Strategy & Content Creation​

Analyze market trends and competitor activities; identify market hotspots and deconstruct brand campaigns. Conceptualize and implement creative content strategies to ensure campaign reach efficiency and effectiveness.

  • ​Community Engagement & User Insight​

Manage and maintain user community relationships. Conduct regular user research to analyze participation habits, emotional feedback, and experience perceptions. Cultivate highly active communities and nurture KOC (Key Opinion Consumers) to strengthen brand image and user advocacy.

Qualifications​

  • ​Background & Language​

Bachelor's degree in Brand Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. ​Fluent in English (all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing)​.

  • ​Experience & Market Knowledge​

​5+ years​ in overseas social media, user/community operations, or digital media. Deep familiarity with Western social media dynamics and trending news.

  • ​Personal Attributes​
  • ​Active social media user​ with creative thinking and agile mindset.
  • ​Sensitive to trends​ and self-driven with strong execution capabilities.
  • ​Exceptional interpersonal skills​ and rapid learning agility for new platforms/tools.
