We are looking to provide a learning opportunity for an Intern in the Shopper Science Lab & Digital Commerce team. The team focuses on driving business growth and strategic customer engagement. We unlock shopper insights to drive categories growth and Haleon's share growth, using technology, insights and analytics.
The Intern will work closely with the APAC Category & Shopper Strategy Director and the Shopper Tech Project Manager in driving shopper insights and customer collaboration. She/He/They will be part of the APAC Commercial Excellence and the Global Shopper Science Lab teams. The Intern will work with our different market teams and their customers in the area of Shopper & Trade Marketing and Category Management.

Preferred School/Course of Intern: Postgraduate students in Marketing, Business or related disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be required to:
Support Deep Shopper Understanding:
- Supporting the team in analysing shopper insights using the latest shopper research & technology, including eye-tracking technology and AI predictive assessment
- Assisting in shopper research, from developing the right testing methodology, executing the research to analysing the insights and share the report.
- Supporting the team in developing the right shelf solutions based based on the shopper understanding
Support Customer Collaboration:
- Working with the International Customer Lead to support and drive customer projects for AS Watson.
- Organizing customer meetings: from logistic to content delivery, ensure we have a seamless collaborative meeting with the retailer:
- Working with the different functions (Key Account, Trade Marketing) to develop the right content, driving the usage of the right technologies (VR, eye-tracking, etc.),
- Ensuring all the logistic of the meeting
Digital Shelf Tracking & Content E media Discovery Phase:
- Partner with external agencies to implement and monitor KPIs for Digital Shelf effectiveness across Digital Commerce's 4 priority markets.
- Co-lead the discovery phase with 4 priority markets on D com content and e-media strategy, with a special focus on emerging trends in social commerce (e.g., TikTok).
