Shipping Officer - LC Handling Required

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Well-versed in import and export shipping documentation and procedures, preferably with TradeNet knowledge, LC negotiations, and sales coordination.
  • Coordinate and liaise with forwarders, customers, and banks on shipping-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate shipping records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by the reporting officer.

Requirements:-

  • O' or A' Level / Diploma in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
  • 1 – 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • LC handling experience is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail.
