The Right Profile
As the Head of Product Design at Syfe, you will be a strategic leader responsible for the overall design vision and strategy across all our consumer products and markets. Reporting to the SVP of Product, you will lead and mentor the entire design function (a team of 9 talented designers across Singapore, India, and Hong Kong) to deliver world-class user experiences in the fintech domain. This role requires a blend of creative vision, leadership, and executional excellence – you'll set the design strategy and ensure its successful implementation from concept to launch. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Product, Engineering, and Marketing to build a cohesive and delightful customer journey. Your primary focus will be on our B2C digital products, including developing and scaling a robust design system that drives consistency, efficiency, and innovation. In this high-impact role (aligned with a Korn Ferry Band H strategic scope), you will shape how tens of thousands of users interact with Syfe's products, elevating our user experience to be a key competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ideate and execute long range strategies and product roadmaps by analysing data, forming a deep understanding of our customer's needs and working closely with business stakeholders.
  • Lead and drive high value and innovative product initiatives with product design and engineering teams to ship high quality solutions for customers.
  • Identify and prioritize highest impact product growth opportunities within the retail investment space.
  • Evolve product org processes and mentor teammates to help drive best practices within the team 
  • And a million other things that PMs do.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of PM experience in digital consumer businesses.
  • Proven success in building, prioritizing and delivering product roadmaps.
  • Deep understanding of investing - whether through personal or prior professional experience.
  • Detailed understanding of a product owner's role in a scrum process.
  • Experience and strength in driving best practices across UI and UX for digital consumer platforms.
  • Amazing interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
