Senior Network Architect

• Lead and mentor the network architecture team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Design, plan, and implement enterprise-wide network architectures, covering WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, and IPT solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, vendors, and solutions to enhance network performance and security.
• Architect Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions, ensuring secure remote access and policy-driven enforcement.
• Develop and maintain network architecture blueprints, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies.
• Define network standards and best practices to enhance reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct technical assessments and proof-of-concept (PoC) evaluations for emerging network technologies.
• Engage with senior leadership to present network strategies, roadmaps, and technical recommendations.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement security controls and compliance measures across the network.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and consultants to ensure optimal network solutions.
• Provide tier-3 escalation support for complex network issues and drive root cause analysis and resolution.

• Develop and design the overall network architecture strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Lead the architecture team in designing, architecting and implementing cutting-edge network solutions, including SD-WAN, ZTNA, and next-generation network infrastructures.
• Establish best practices and standards for network design, security, and performance optimization.
• Ensure seamless integration of network solutions with existing enterprise IT environments.
• Drive innovation in networking technologies and keep abreast of industry advancements.
• Oversee network infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including high-level designs, low-level designs, and operational guidelines.
• Provide expert-level guidance on network security, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, cloud, and IT operations, to ensure cohesive technology strategies.

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in electrical, electronic, or computer engineering, computer science, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 15+ years of hands-on experience in designing and managing enterprise network architectures.
• Extensive experience in leading large-scale network infrastructure projects, including SD-WAN, ZTNA, and cloud-based networking.
• Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) or equivalent certification is required.
• Strong expertise in routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, etc.).
• Deep understanding of SD-WAN, network automation, and software-defined networking (SDN) principles.
• Experience designing and implementing Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) frameworks.
• Solid background in network security concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, and NAC solutions.
• Hands-on experience with IPT solutions, including SIP trunking and VoIP infrastructures.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive technical decision-making at an architectural level.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience in cloud networking (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

• Expertise in network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, Terraform, etc.).
• Experience with SDN solutions such as Cisco ACI, VMware NSX, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with open-source networking tools and monitoring platforms.
• Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, or DevOps methodologies in networking environments.
