We are MUET (myu-ay) a fine fashion accessories brand under the Bauhaus umbrella, seeking an experienced and dynamic Shop Supervisor to lead our retail team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record of driving sales, motivating staff, and managing day-to-day store operations. Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
  • Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor store performance and provide regular feedback to the team to drive improvement.
  • Oversee store merchandising, visual displays, and stock management to align with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure the team provides exceptional customer service and resolves any customer issues effectively.
  • Support the Store Manager in administrative tasks, sales reporting, and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven retail experience, with demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong sales ability with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of fashion retail trends and strong visual merchandising skills.
  • Ability to work a 40-hour work week on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: $2,800 SGD per month
  • Commission: Up to $1,500 SGD per month, based on team and store performance.
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week
