Key Responsibilities:

· Provide technical support to office and kitchen teams (hardware, software, network, and printer issues).

· Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and user accounts.

· Handle system setup for new staff (email, access rights, devices).

· Monitor and ensure data security, backups, and network performance.

· Coordinate with external vendors for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

· Work closely with vendors to improve and customize existing software systems to enhance operational efficiency.

· Support the company's initiatives towards automation and digital transformation, including implementation of new tools or systems.

· Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper equipment usage.

· Provide basic training and user support for staff on system or software use.

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

· Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT support experience (preferably in an SME environment).

· Good knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, networking, and basic troubleshooting.

· Experience in system implementation, automation tools, or software customization will be an advantage.

· Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.

· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
