Sales Associate (Jewellery & Accessories)

Location: Singapore (Multiple Outlets) – West Side

Salary: Basic S$2,200 + Commission

About Us

We are a one-stop fashion accessories & jewellery brand with multiple stores across Singapore. As part of our expansion, we are inviting enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our retail team as Sales Associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and styling advice to shoppers.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cashiering, inventory management, and product displays.
  • Achieve store sales targets and contribute to overall performance growth.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment.
  • Submit regular updates to management on sales performance and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Prior retail experience preferred (fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands).
  • Outgoing, proactive, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Able to take ownership of store operations and lead by example.
  • Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
