Open to work Location: Changi, open to 1 year contract, Level 1 Helpdesk role

1 year contract renewable

Location: Changi / East

5 days work week

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st level technical support for hardware, software, network, and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot issues related to Office 365, Windows OS, and basic networking
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issue
• Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of support tickets.

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT / Computer
• With 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar IT helpdesk role
• Technical knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, basic networking
