Position: Reception Supervisor (Hotel )

Working Hours: Shift work – 7:00am to 3:00pm / 3:00pm to 11:00pm (includes 1-hour meal break)

Rest Days: 4 days/month

Salary Range: S$2,800 – S$3,500

About the Employer

Our client is a boutique hotel seeking a motivated Reception Supervisor (Hotel )to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front office operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Coordinate effectively with other hotel departments to maintain seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction levels, identify service gaps, and implement improvements.
  • Handle and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of front office experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledgeable about local tourism, transportation, and attractions.
  • Positive, proactive, and well-organized, with strong time management skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly salary: S$2,800 – S$3,500 (commensurate with experience).
  • Accommodation provided (single room).
  • Annual leave: 12 days; Medical leave: in accordance with MOM regulations.
  • Other benefits and bonuses subject to company policies.

Work Location: Near Haw Par Villa MRT (CC25) / Buona Vista MRT (CC22)
