MEP Quantity Surveyor

Main Purpose of the Job:

To provide the full suite of MEP cost and commercial management project services typically expected of our Clients in the Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Hospitality, Aviation, Data Centre, Corporate Real Estate (CRE) / Office Fit Out, Advanced Manufacturing/R&D sector.

Job Description (Key Responsibilities):

Full MEP cost & commercial management services from project inception to completion, including but not limited to, budget establishment, cost estimation, cost reporting, consultant and contractor procurement, valuations, contract administration, change control and administration and final account closure. Ability to work with a team of cost consultants across multiple projects.

Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours)

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, MEP engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years' total working experience in Singapore with a preference for candidates who have spent 1 to 2 years working in a QS or cost consultancy firm
• Experience in at least two sectors - Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Hospitality, Aviation, Data Centre, or Office Fit Out
• Participate in at least one project with minimum project value of S$10m
• Based in Singapore or a Singaporean citizen
• Fluent in English and strong interpersonal skills

Desirable attributes

• Possession of RICS or SISV qualification is considered beneficial
• Experience with BIM, CostX, Glodon and other cost management tools
• Knowledge and experience on Capital Allowances, Capex, LCC, Due diligence reports
  Ability to deliver comprehensive cost management solutions on builders works and MEP works
