Job Description:

We are seeking a responsible and CEI-certified EA Personnel to assist with helper candidate management and administrative operations of our maid agency. This is position focused primarily on backend processes and helper coordination.

Requirements:
  • Valid CEI (Basic) certification (compulsory)
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, WhatsApp, email)
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently from home
  • Prior experience in a maid/FDW agency is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
  • Focus primarily on helper candidate management and backend administrative work
  • Minimal interaction with employers (only if necessary for document coordination)
  • Match employer requirements with suitable helper profiles
  • Screen and conduct remote interviews with potential helpers and compile accurate biodata
  • Create helper biodata from scratch based on information provided (photo, employment history, skills, etc.)
  • Prepare helper documents and manage MOM submissions (IPA, WP, SIP, Medical, etc.)
  • Coordinate helper deployment, arrival, and post-deployment follow-ups
  • Schedule MOM-related appointments (thumbprint, card collection)
  • Ensure accurate records and MOM compliance
  • Perform remote customer service and coordination with employers/helpers
