- Receive, check, and record incoming goods accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular stock counts and update inventory records.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of goods.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods.
- Perform basic data entry and reporting of warehouse activities using Microsoft Excel (e.g., updating stock records, preparing simple reports, using functions like VLOOKUP and Pivot Table).
- Support the warehouse supervisor in daily operations and any other duties assigned.
- Minimum [N/O Level / Diploma] or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is required.
- Must be able to handle warehouse duties including lifting and moving goods.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
