About the Role

Join our team of dedicated Aquatic Safety Officers and help create a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors at our swimming complexes. You'll play a vital role in supervising pool activities, responding to emergencies, and upholding safety and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise swimmers and ensure pool safety through active surveillance
  • Perform water rescues and provide first aid when required
  • Enforce pool rules and ensure users comply with safety regulations
  • Conduct routine safety inspections and report any hazards or defects
  • Carry out water quality testing and ensure compliance with operational standards
  • Maintain professionalism and discipline while on duty

Requirements

  • Possess a Bronze Medallion / Pool Lifeguard Award from the Singapore Life Saving Society (SLSS)
  • Hold a valid Standard First Aid Certificate accredited by the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC)
  • Meet the organisation's Lifeguard Induction and Annual Proficiency Assessment standards
  • Physically fit, alert, and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
