职位描述:

销售业务将负责培养与潜在客户的关系并达成交易。理想的候选人应具有良好的沟通技巧、出色的解决问题能力和以客户为中心的思维方式。

主要职责:

  • 亲自拜访客户,提供面对面的互动和个性化服务。
  • 建立并维护客户关系,包括初次联系、后续跟进、报价、销售订单的处理以及收款工作。
  • 通过拜访、电话和电子邮件等方式,与现有客户保持关系,并积极开发潜在客户。
  • 主持线上产品演示,维护客户关系,完成每月销售目标。
  • 完成主管交办的其他任务。

我们希望您具备以下条件:

  • 经验:有 1-2 年外部销售经验者,需接触过SPC木地板类的产品
  • 技能:计算机操作熟练,具有优秀的沟通能力及说服能力,能够区分颜色。
  • 态度:主动积极,以结果为导向,并以客户为中心。

What You'll Do:

As a Sales Executive, you will be the driving force behind cultivating client relationships, closing deals, and showcasing our exceptional products. This role is ideal for dynamic, persuasive individuals with a customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain client relationships through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and emails.
  • Present customized solutions to clients, including quotations, sales orders, and payment collection.
  • Visit clients onsite, ensuring personalized service and engagement.
  • Host virtual product presentations to drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Manage follow-ups and provide customer service.
  • Take on additional tasks assigned by your supervisor.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of outside sales experience preferred. Have basic knowledge of SPC Flooring
  • Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented (must be able to differentiate colors).
  • Mindset: Proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused.
