Job Description

• Singapore Based (Under Shipping Division - Operation Team)
• Procurement of bunker for our managed fleet (mainly VLGCs and VLECs).
• Work on Bunker Tenders/Contracts
• Analyze various paper markets and their impacts on physical bunker markets.
• Co-ordinate closely with Suppliers / Bunker Traders / Internal Team on bunker requirements.
• Bunker Invoices check prior passing on for payments
• Support Shipping Teams in operational functions.
• Update and maintain accurate bunker information in IMOS system
• Ensure a cost and time efficient bunker port call turnaround.
• Collate and analyze data for subsequent bunker projects.
• May be required to handle simple Fleet Operations Tasks in order to familiarize on the trades.

Job Requirement

• Knowledge in Bunker Hedging will be an advantage.
• Ability to handle bunker related disputes independently (i.e. quantity, quality, and operational issues)
• Minimum 5 Years of relevant experience
• Good Negotiation Skills
• Team Player
• Bilingual in English and Chinese
• Expansion Position for our growing fleet (VLGCs and VLECs)
