Pfizer Singapore is recruiting permanent employees for the manufacturing site expansion of PFIZER ASIA MANUFACTURING PTE LTD (PAMPL) in Singapore.

Position Summary

The incumbent will oversee the maintenance of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air-conditioning related)/BMS/Clean room facilities (Grade D) on site in partnership with outsourced contractors/vendors/IFM, in compliance with cGMP, EHS and regulatory requirements in a cost-effective manner.

  • Upgrading of building, services and facilities
  • Documentation and records
  • Team performance
Position Responsibilities

In order of importance, list the primary responsibilities critical to the performance of the position. Focus on essential responsibilities that highlight accountability and level of judgment required, including technical skills where applicable:

  • Perform all work safely in compliance with Pfizer in-house rules & regulations, mandatory Safety WSH Acts and quality/cGMP/DI requirements.
  • Lead, coordinate and execute major equipment HVAC/BMS/Clean room facilities repair and troubleshooting.
  • Lead investigations related to HVAC/BMS/Clean room facilities (IRS/QAR) and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure effective execution of service contracts by contractors and vendors.
  • Execute maintenance management programs for HVAC/BMS/cleanroom facilities equipment and control systems.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and service providers for scheduled activities to prepare the site for inspections and visitors.
  • Support new project development and execute minor upgrading projects related to HVAC/BMS/cleanroom facilities.
  • Maintain proper records of work for data analysis, modify drawings, and update as-built documentation.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  • Complete all required training prior to work execution.
  • Contribute to team efforts to achieve KPIs such as safety incidents, timely work execution, and maintenance expenses.

Supervision: 1 HVAC/BMS Specialist

Education

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, Semiconductor, or Chemical industry in HVAC/BMS/Cleanroom facilities maintenance management.
