Job Overview

The Digital Marketing & Outreach Lead will play a crucial role in supporting our digital marketing & outreach efforts across virtual & physical modes, including social media, email marketing, content creation, client relationships management, and more.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), email marketing, Google /Facebook Ads, & Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Manage new & existing customer relationships to promote AKC Courses.
  • Develop & implement appropriate strategies on Marketing / Digital Marketing for B2B and B2C Projects for AKC Courses.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Help maintain and update content on company website and other digital platforms, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for engaging target audiences.
  • Assist in the creation of digital content, including blog posts, social media posts, graphics, and videos.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and assist in incorporating them into our strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Marketing,Communications, or related field and above.
  • Previous experience or internship in digital marketing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in analytics
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
