Job Description

We're hiring Fintech and AI Summer Interns – someone who takes ownership, creates structure from ambiguity, and gets things done.

In this role, you'll support high-impact initiatives across AI, digital transformation, and future skills. You'll work with global teams, manage project workflows, and use AI tools daily to drive efficiency and insight.

If you learn fast, adapt quickly, and want to grow into a systems thinker, this is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Break down complex projects into actionable plans and timelines
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure clear execution and delivery
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Copilot, etc.) to boost productivity
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Spot problems early, propose solutions, and keep momentum high
  • Reflect, learn, and improve every week
