About the Role

We are an international group active in the automotive spare parts industry, managing several well-known brands distributed across Europe and Asia.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Brand Designer to support our marketing and design team in developing packaging, catalogs, advertising materials, and brand visuals for international campaigns.

This role combines creativity and precision — ideal for someone who enjoys brand consistency, print design, and modern digital marketing.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and update brand visuals, packaging layouts, and label templates
  • Prepare print-ready files and ensure proper archiving and version control
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager on advertising concepts, catalogs, and campaigns
  • Create visuals for email marketing, social media, and digital promotions
  • Collaborate with suppliers and print houses to ensure design accuracy and production quality
  • Assist in the creation of presentation materials and trade fair graphics
  • Participate in branding refresh projects and support design consistency across multiple brands

Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Knowledge of print production and packaging preparation is essential
  • Familiar with file management and archiving systems
  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot) or catalog design is a plus
  • Interest or experience with AI-based design tools (e.g. Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT) is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Singaporean / permanent resident card holders
