AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer, you'll join our innovative team focused on developing and deploying AI solutions that transform wealth management and investment advisory services. You'll work at the intersection of finance and technology, creating intelligent systems that enhance portfolio optimization, risk assessment, and personalized client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with portfolio managers and financial analysts to design and implement AI features for investment analysis, market prediction, and automated portfolio rebalancing
  • Develop natural language processing solutions for financial document analysis, regulatory compliance monitoring, and client communication automation
  • Build and refine predictive models for market trend analysis, risk assessment, and client behavior patterns
  • Create AI-powered tools for personalized investment recommendations and financial planning insights
  • Conduct research and rapid prototyping of LLM applications for financial advisory chatbots and intelligent reporting systems
  • Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code while ensuring compliance with financial industry security standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Financial Engineering, or related field
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced financial environment
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating with diverse groups including technologists and finance professionals
  • Keen interest in financial markets and wealth management technology

Skills You'll Need to Bring:

  • Experience building or prototyping features with AI technologies (LLMs, Embeddings, Fine-Tuning)
  • Proficiency in agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) for building LLM-powered applications
  • Strong technical skills in Python with experience in data manipulation libraries (pandas, numpy)
  • Ability to optimize, refactor, and improve Python code for handling large financial datasets
  • Understanding of machine learning concepts and their application to time-series data

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
  • Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, or wealth management concepts
  • Familiarity with financial data APIs (Bloomberg, Reuters, Alpha Vantage)
  • Experience with quantitative analysis or algorithmic trading systems
  • Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements (GDPR, MiFID II)
  • Background in reinforcement learning for portfolio optimization
