Responsibilities:
● Provide daily technical support for the company's hardware (computers, printers, networking devices).
● Troubleshoot and resolve staff IT issues in a timely and effective manner.
● Maintain and update the company's official website, ensuring stability and security.
● Assist in managing domains, servers, and databases, including backup and recovery tasks.
● Support the operation of the company's Learning Management System (LMS) and other educational platforms.
● Provide technical assistance to teachers and staff to enhance teaching efficiency and classroom interaction.
● Contribute to IT system security management and optimization.
● Assist in hardware/software upgrades and system improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements:
● Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
● At least 1 year of relevant IT support or system administration experience (fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome).
● Proficient in Windows and MacOS environments, and common office software.
● Basic networking knowledge (routers, switches, troubleshooting).
● Hands-on experience with website maintenance (WordPress/HTML/CSS/SQL) preferred.
● Familiarity with LMS or online teaching platforms will be an advantage.
● Strong problem-solving and communication skills; customer service-oriented mindset.
