Lab Compounder

About the role:
We're looking for a Lab Compounder to join us on a 6-month contract. You'll be responsible for preparing standard and repeat flavor samples, managing raw materials, and keeping the lab organized and safe. This is a great opportunity if you're detail-oriented and ready to contribute in a fast-paced lab environment.

What you'll do:

• Compound standard and repeat samples for internal and external customers
• Collect and return intermediates and raw materials to their correct locations
• Maintain stock of standard flavors in the flavor library
• Request and collect raw materials from the factory and ensure proper storage
• Keep the Sample Lab clean, safe, and well-organized
• Clean lab equipment, glassware, and apparatus after use
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned
• Follow environmental management system policies and support sustainability efforts
• Comply with all company procedures, legal requirements, and Takasago's Code of Conduct

What we're looking for:

• Diploma or degree in Food Science or similar
• Good problem-solving skills and detail-oriented
• Able to work well independently and with a team
• Friendly and customer-focused attitude
