We design and project manage mechanical and electrical engineering systems (MVAC, Elect, Lifts, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary, etc) for building developments in the various sectors such as residential, office, commercial, hospital, institutional, etc. Engineers carry out design work, attendance at consultants' meetings and management of the relevant M&E aspects of the construction activities.

Design and project management of mechanical and electrical engineering systems (MVAC, Elect, Lifts, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary, etc) for building projects in the various sectors such as residential, office, commercial, hospital, institutional, etc. Engineers are expected to carry out design work, attendance at consultants meetings and management of the relevant M&E aspects of the construction activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder with min. 5 years' experience or Diploma holders with 8 years' experience in design and implementation.
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess initiative, drive and ability to work independently
  • Good interpersonal/communication skills
  • 4.5 days week
  • Singapore citizens and Singapore Permanent Resident only
  • Experience in construction industry would be an added advantage
