  • l  Collect samples of raw materials, excipients adhering strictly to SOPs.
  • l  Perform visual inspections on incoming materials for defects, cleanliness, and consistency.
  • l  Label, weigh, and properly store samples to maintain integrity and prevent contamination.
  • l  Document all sampling activities, including product and batch information, and complete necessary paperwork.
  • l  Clean and maintain sampling tools, equipment, and work areas.
  • l  Prepare and deliver samples to the appropriate laboratory for further analysis.
  • l  Ensure sampling is conducted in a clean, controlled, and safe environment according to GMP and other regulatory requirements.
  • l  Report any non-conforming materials or issues encountered during sampling.
  • l  Coordinate with other departments, such as Quality Assurance and Warehouse, as needed.
  • l  Responsible for the use of the following electronic system application, including but not limit to LIMS and LES.
  • Ensure all the activities in QC team performed with compliance of cGMP, data integrity and EHS requirement.
  • l  Strong attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.
  • l  Good documentation and communication skills.
  • l  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • l  Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
  • l  Full time on-site work requirements
