Responsibilities
- Perform full QS scope including measurement, calling quotations, and cost estimation.
- Prepare and evaluate progress payment claims and certificates.
- Manage variation orders including costing and documentation.
- Prepare and finalize project final accounts.
- Assist in tender preparation and submission, including BOQ and cost breakdown.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants for pricing and technical clarifications.
- Monitor project budgets and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing for all QS-related work.
Requirements
- Candidate with at least 2 years and above quantity surveyor experience in construction/builder/interior industry in Singapore are welcome to apply.
