At Fitness First, our Freelance Personal Trainers inspire, educate, and motivate members to achieve their fitness goals. You'll design personalised programs, guide clients through effective training, and create a positive, empowering environment. The freelance personal trainer role offers flexibility, freedom, and the opportunity to build your own business within our premium clubs.

Responsibilities
  • Design and direct workout programs that are customized to the members' needs & goals.
  • Demonstrate the use of gym equipment, observe the members' exercises and correct any improper techniques.
  • Be good communicators and advocates fitness.
  • Utilise and implement new technologies, equipment and techniques effectively.
Requirements
  • Possesses a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and work ethics.
  • Relevant fitness certifications (e.g. NASM, ACE, FISAF, NCSF, FEA or equivalent).
  • Valid First Aid, CPR & AED certification.
