The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with a construction company specializing in building and architectural solutions. The company is renowned for delivering high-quality projects in façade, structural glass, and premium landed housing developments, with a strong emphasis on safety, precision, and design excellence.

They are looking for a Site Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will coordinate day-to-day site activities, ensuring all works are executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards. The Job

  • Project Coordination - Work closely with project managers to plan and execute site operations, ensuring alignment with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Site Supervision - Oversee contractors and trades personnel, monitoring construction activities to maintain safety compliance and operational excellence.
  • Planning & Documentation - Assist in preparing project schedules, execution plans, construction and installation methods, and maintain accurate site records and updated drawings.
  • Safety & Compliance - Collaborate with safety personnel to enforce government regulations and internal safety procedures.
  • Stakeholder Communication - Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve site issues and ensure smooth progress.
  • Meeting & Reporting - Attend client and subcontractor meetings, provide progress updates, and ensure all project documentation is complete and current.

The Talent

  • Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or Project Management (or related discipline).
  • Minimum 3 years' project management experience in landed housing or bungalow construction.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

  • Safety-conscious, outcome-oriented, and able to take full ownership of assigned duties.

  • Positive, open-minded, and eager to learn, with the drive to achieve operational excellence.
