About the Role
Euronix Recycling Pte Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Co-ordinator to join our Singapore office. In this role, you'll provide essential administrative support to ensure our shipping processes run smoothly and all documentation is accurate and up to date. What You'll Do
· Prepare and manage all trade and shipping documents (Letter of Credit, Document against Payment, Document against Acceptance, TT, Certificates of Origin).
· Ensure accuracy of documents and coordinate tracking with shipping lines. Communicate with shipping lines and pushing them for required updates.
· Maintain and update records of customer and supplier orders
· Track contracts. and compile regular reports for management
· Coordinate with our international teams (Taiwan, Europe, Caribbean) to ensure all paperwork is complete and deadlines are met
· Handle export and customs documentation (templates, data entry, filing)
· Support day-to-day office tasks
· Corresponding with customers and building long-term processes and relationships
· Handle administrative tasks and any other duties in the company's interest
What We're Looking For
· Experience in Business Administration, Office Support or a related field
· Proficiency in office software and databases (MS Office, TMS or similar)
· Strong organisational skills
· Organisation & Time Management – handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
· Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking
· Attention to Detail – accuracy in managing documents and data
· Responsible and able to deliver tasks in the shortest possible time
· Committed to the company
Must Have skills
· Working knowledge of MS Office and Gmail suite
· Fluency in English (written and spoken)
· Previous experience in administrative tasks
· Teamwork: cross-cultural communication
· Dedicated and responsible, with a strong work ethic and company-first mindset
· Flexible, with a willingness for occasional follow-ups outside regular hours
· Maintains confidentiality and discretion
· Problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach with global teams
· Adaptable to company culture and focused on long-term goals
