[What the role is]
You will be assisting Deputy Manager, Violation Management in the execution of daily operations of the Warrant Enforcement Section.[What you will be working on]
You will be part of the warrant enforcement team within the Violation Management Division handling warrant of arrest (WA) matters. You will be required to assist the team in areas such as, but not limited to, administrative duties, counter operations and preparations of ops. You will also be required to handle phone/email enquiries with members of public, related to the WA issued. You may be required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders on WA-related matters.
[What we are looking for]
Knowledge in any discipline, preferably in enforcement
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good office operations, coordination skillset and able to work independently and as a team
Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to engage and handle members of public face to face and via phone calls
On-the-job training will be given on usage of internal systems
