Drafter (Hvac Acmv m&e) - East

**About our client**:Our client is an M&E contractor specializing in installation and maintenance of Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation systems for industrial and commercial use.
**Work Location**:East (Tai Seng)
**Working days**:5 days' week
**About the role**:
- Prepare HVAC and Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) drawings.
- Assist Project Departments with various project administration responsibilities.
- Organize and keep detailed records of updates and changes in the engineering drawings. Other adhoc tasks as required.
**About you**:
- Nitec / Diploma in Mechanical, Building Services Engineering
- At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in drafting of HVAC / ACMV / Building Services.
- Able to use AutoCAD software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate a positive working attitude.
