Quality System Engineer

What you will be doing:

  1. Lead customer audits (including qualification, annual, and system audits);
  2. Lead third-party certification bodies' annual surveillance audits and recertification audits for the company's management systems, and maintain the validity of certifications such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001;
  3. Establish the company's Quality Management System (QMS), and drive the continuous improvement of QMS;
  4. Review the compliance of newly developed QMS documents, organize and conduct internal system/process/product audits, and track and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions for identified issues;
  5. Collaborate closely with team members and other departments such as production and engineering to ensure the effective implementation of quality standards;
  6. Conduct quality training and activities to enhance employees' quality awareness.

Who we are looking for:

  1. Bechlor's degree or higher in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) field;
  2. Proficient in standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, and familiar with core quality tools: PPAP, APQP, SPC, MES, and FMEA;
  3. Fluent in both English and Chinese;
  4. Have a strong sense of responsibility and a high awareness of "quality red line", and adhere to principles without compromising key standards;
  5. Possess the resilience to handle unexpected quality issues and demonstrates initiative in teamwork;
  6. Hold an ISO/IATF Internal Auditor certificate or a Six Sigma certification is a plus.
