JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handling of Seafood such as filleting, descaling, cleaning, gutting, polishing, peeling, and cutting

  • Maintain high standards in food preparation and quality

  • Maintain cleanliness for all work areas and ensure all stations are cleaned after end of day

  • Sanitize all materials and machinery parts at the end of each shift and clean the workspace at the worker station by following company cleanliness standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum PSLE qualifications

  • Experience working in back kitchen or central kitchen

  • Candidates are required to handle load of at least 20kg

  • Candidates will be required to handle seafood

  • Other ad hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time by superior

  • Able to work OT when required
